I loved the frozen lake and the view of all the birds and especially swans(!) which were all gathered in a corner where the water was not frozen

Large open spaces to walk. Dogs, joggers, etc welcome. October 4, not packed with tourists! Takes couple hours to walk through the main exhibit, stables, hunting lodge. 9euro for combined ticket.

A magnificent Baroque Palace in Munich—a definite must-see. This has well-maintained gardens and breathtaking frescoes at its three-story stone hall. One easy way to get here is by taking tram 17.

Do not miss the carriage museum! Beautiful, everything is wonderful, from the architecture to the lovely gardens to the little houses filled with beauty scattered in the vast parks ????

What a magnificent palace and surrounding gardens ???? One of the main highlights to visit in München ???????? Entrance to the palace is 8 euro, but the gardens are entirely free ????

There are better palaces in Europe but its a must see location for Munich travel. Botanic garden and this palace will be a good combination for a visit.
